Email: support@snappypie.app
Typical response time: 1–2 business days. Include your account email and app version if possible.
Getting started
- Account required — sign in or create an account before using the app (iOS or web).
- Web app — snappypie.app/login (after sign-in: /home, /community, /timeline, /profile). Upload screenshots from Mac or PC to generate lessons.
- iOS — download from TestFlight or the App Store; use Sign in with Apple or the same email account as web.
Creating a lesson
- On Home, capture or import a clear photo (homework, diagram, or slide).
- Choose a teaching style and set whether to share with Community (one toggle before Generate).
- Tap Generate lesson, then review steps in the lesson view.
- Saved lessons appear under Timeline.
Community
- The Community tab shows public lessons from members who opted in to sharing.
- Default sharing: Profile → Sharing defaults. Per-lesson: toggle on the style step before generating.
- Private lessons stay on your timeline and are not listed in Community.
Plans and usage
- Included — bundled with the paid app download; monthly server cap plus a daily device limit for generation.
- Plus / Pro — optional subscriptions with higher monthly AI lesson limits.
- Usage remaining is shown on Profile and when generating a lesson.
Subscriptions & billing
- Upgrade — Profile → View upgrade plans, or subscribe to Plus/Pro from the plan list.
- Manage or change plan — Profile → Manage subscription (Customer Center).
- Cancel — in Customer Center choose Cancel (opens Apple subscription settings on iPhone), use Profile → Cancel subscription, or iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases — Profile → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
Sign in & account
- Sign in with Apple — available on iOS; links to your Apple ID.
- Email account — create on iOS; sign in on web with the same email and password.
- Sign out — Profile → Sign out (bottom of the screen).
- “Sign in required” or unauthorized errors — sign out, sign in again, and ensure you are on a production build (TestFlight/App Store), not a dev build pointed at localhost.
Common issues
- Billing not ready — use a TestFlight or App Store build (not Expo Go) after subscriptions are approved in App Store Connect.
- Lesson limit reached — wait for the monthly reset or upgrade to Plus/Pro in Profile.
- Poor lesson quality — use a sharper photo, crop to the problem, or try another teaching style.
- Community empty or error — confirm you are signed in and using the production API.
